Facilities Maintenance Manager - Guantanamo Bay, Cuba 6-day/48-hour work week - Burns and Roe Servi Burns & Roe Services Corporation, a major government contractor, has an opportunity at the U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, for a qualified individual to perform duties as a full-time Facilities Maintenance Manager.Supervises all technical personnel assigned to the project including the Buildings and Structures Supervisor, HVAC & R Supervisor, Janitorial Supervisor, JTF Support Manager and the IDIQ Manager. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building structures, building electrical and HVAC equipment, elevators, building plumbing systems, fire extinguishing equipment and pest control, repair, and minor construction work to insure contract compliance. Evaluates all work in compliance with directives, schedules, costs, and standards.Manages an effective customer service unit including the preparation of work control records and reports. Monitors the preparation of work control records and reports; analyzes data to determine cost, work performance, progress, trends, standards, and policies.
